[Resolved] Jabong.com — Non refund | |||
Dear Team Jabong It is appalling to know that you people do not care to resolve refund issues once the money has been paid. I returned two bags (olive green hand bag by hidekrat and katha canvas bag) on 28th October under order number [protected] but am yet to receive any refund. I have called up cust care so many times and have also written more than 20 emails. Niether your customer care people know anything nor do the automated mails solve any problem. I am frustrated and disappointed to say the least, Please look into the matter and process my refund ASAP. Thanks. VS Was this information helpful? | |||

Refund has been processed against your the two products returned on 8th Nov via PayU and the amount shall start reflecting in you a/c within 5-7 business days from the date of transaction.
