Hello, I have ordered a product n Jabong . It was supposed to be delivered by today. The person from Jabong called up for delivery morning and I have asked him to come and deliver at 4p.M which was agreed by the delivery boy. But I never received it after that. I have made the order to wear it for a important meeting. This is just being so careless from the Jabong. I value for the time and money and the said word. I didn't want the delivery boy to come when I am not there because it will be just waste of time for him too. I called up Jabong around 6:25pm and told about the complaint and they did not even bother to listen to my complaint and they asked to cancel the order. This is not the service I expected from Jabong. TIME IS PRECIOUS. I VALUE FOR MY MONEY. I need a proper response from them.
