[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order no. [protected] . Return pickup not done even after 4 complaints | |||||
The order was delivered on 3rd of october by jabong's courier partner Ecom and a return request was raised on the same day because of size issue. Since then 4 complaints have already been made via call to jabong customer care and in each call they repeat the same statement "we have escalated your complain to the concerned department and they are working on it and pickup will be done within 48 hours" In every call i have requested to send the pickup executive with in the working hours and i got call for pick up only once in 20 days that too after 8 pm at office address. Now even the return/refund time has elapsed.I dont see any clear path how to get my money back.I have wasted too much time and effort. Was this information helpful? | |||||
