[Resolved]  Jabong.com — Product not delivered

Hi, I have ordered Fila shoes from Jabong on the 7th Nov 2014. It was conveyed that it would be delivered by max 20th Nov, but till now my ordere has not been delevered. The order no is [protected], It was gift for some one and it should have been reached on time. Yesterday got the msg from jabong that it may take another 72 hrs. I want my product to be delivered immediately without any further delay or else i want compensation of RS 200 for each delay day. Please let me know the status of my complaint as soon as possible. I placed an order of Puma bag with order no [protected] on 03 December 2014 at 2:55am. I paid for the product via my Citibank debit card. I got a confirmation message that I will get my product on 07 December 2014.Later on I got a message that your product has been dispatched and will be dilevered to you on or before 06 December 2014 via GoJavas with tracking no 23410139.
On 06 December 2014, I received a message from Jabong that their courier partner has delayed the order and will get the delivery within 48 hours. I waited for 48 hours but there was no response from Jabong nor from GoJavas.
I called up Jabong customer on 08 December 2014 and cleared them about the issue. I got a response from customer service executive that he is raising a complaint against the courier service and you will receive a mail regarding the complaint. My complaint was registered with request id 13701016.
On 09 December 2014, I got a call from Jabong customer service regarding the issue and confirmed me that I will be getting the delivery of my product within 48 hours from complaint lodged.
I waited for 48 hours but still the product was not delivered to me nor any response from Jabong or GoJavas. Then I raised a complaint via email to [protected]@jabong.com. Since the time I have raised my complaint, I am receiving those scripted mails from Jabong Team that "Sorry for the inconvenience caused", "We have raised your issue to higher authority", We seek your understanding and patience" etc.
I have been continuously following up with the customer service but I am just receiving their apology mails but I seek no resolution on same. I kept my patience and waited for long time but there is no solution out for this. I have paid for the product and expected a good service but Jabong dissatisfied me. Jabong is disturbing me mentally as I have purchased the product with my hard earned money. I never faced such a bad situation with any other online shopping sites. Everyone other companies have given me the best service with the satisfactory product but with Jabong my experience is bad.
I am highly regretting for my purchase from Jabong.
I wanted this to be escalated to higher level management as there is no progress of resolution.

I got a call from their customer service executive Charu on 13 December 2014 and they are ready to refund me back my amount paid. I was getting a good discount on that product but now they denied to give the same product nor the discount which was applicable. The product was for 2599 INR and I was getting the same bag at 1388.42 INR after all the discounts. Now this is really a mental harrasment for me that even after keeping me waited for 10 days I am not going to get the delivery of the product as the executive confirmed that it has been lost by their courier company. This is really making me upset and frustrated that if Jabong offers you some discount they will not deliver you the product at the discounted price and will land up with the solution that the refund will be processed but product wont be delivered on 'Discounted Price'.
Now if i claim that i want the bag in same discounted price but Jabong denied to give the same as they say that the product is lost and same product cannto be delivered on same price.
Jabong is disturbing me mentally as I have purchased the product with my hard earned money. I never faced such a bad situation with any other online shopping sites. Everyone other companies have given me the best service with the satisfactory product but with Jabong my experience is bad.
I am highly regretting for my purchase from Jabong.
I wanted this to be escalated to higher level management as there I wanted the same bag for which Jabong offer.
