Jabong.com — Product which was ordered was not delivered, instead something other was delivered

I ordered white coloured Levi's T shirt from Jabong.com, but as i received the package to my utter surprise, I saw a black coloured T shirt, I am escalating this matter but still not got any resolution. Only getting permutations and combinations from the supplier, will do this and do that. But now I request you to take the appropriate action to resolve this issue
