[Resolved] Jabong.com — Referred a friend, didn't get the referral voucher

I ([protected]@gmail.com) referred my friend ([protected]@gmail.com) for jabong app in refer & earn.
He installed the app using my referral code.
Its 2 monthes over. But till now he didn't get the 250 rs gift voucher by jabong app..
We mailed to jabong customer care many times.
But they didn't resolve the problem.

Updated by sangita1991 I bought(dated 23.05.2016) a product from Jabong app of 440 rs.
I returned(dated 24.05.2016) that product for size issue.
They refund me only 190 rs.
What about the remaining balance?
