[Resolved]  Jabong.com — Return Order

Dear team Please find below the correspondence I shared with Jabong. I received black stilettos dated 28th June. I have bought these shoes however the size asked as 39.5 is not the same . When I received I thought it's fine if it's a little large however the size which I have received and I am wearing is larger than / equal to 40.5 . I am highly disappointed and trying very hard to make it wearable with insoles etc but it's really uncomfortable for me and I feel my buy of RS 3000 has been unsuccessful and a waste . The shoe is in good condition as I have not been able to wear the same . I tried exchanging on site but it says the current exchange period has expired. Request you earnestly to please help me with the exchange . I am ready To buy a good pair of shoe as long as it fits and comfortable . I am a regular customer of jabong but this experience has not been good for me . I knew I am buying 0.5 inches more but never expected that the size difference will be more than an inch . However I am not happy with the response . I ordered 39.5 but you have delivered 40.5 . I am sorry but that's your fault since I only trusted jabong to deliver what I have asked . Why was my size not delivered ? There is a trust for a brand and that's why I never measured the shoe but when I have started wearing ( which eventually I did after some days of delivery because it's a formal shoe and demands an occasion to be worn ), I found the size was not 39.5 it's 40.5 . That too when I went to Bata they measured and from where I bought insole then I travelled out of station and bought another insole from metro since the shoe is not the usual size . It's most uncomfortable but as I trusted the brand I never measured when it came home . Never in my life I have measured a shoe when it reached my home . How could I be sure the shoe is 1 inch bigger when I asked and agreed for a .0.5 difference but in no ways I can wear a shoe which is 1.5 inches bigger than my regular size . Regards, Jabong Care Team My earnest request is that they should accept they have me much larger size. I did ask for 0.5 increase in size. My size is 39. I asked for 39.5. Thats ok. But their size delivered is 40.5. I came to know that when I went to a shoe shop to buy insole. I want the same to be exchanged. I am ready to buy another pair. Suman [protected]
