[Resolved] Jabong.com — Shipment Misplaced | |
Hi,
I have placed one order of watch on 18th oct Order No.: [protected] | AWB No.: V20602146, but as per DTDC courier company this product have been delivered at wrong address and unable to provide me this product..I have already provide approval mail form DTDC courier service to Jabong in which DTDC accept their mistake and accept that this material have misplaced.
Now i just want to refund my amount form Jabong or they can give other same product which amount is Rs.4750/- but after continuously follow up with Jabong from last 8-10 days, he unable to give any reply.
So please help me.
