[Resolved] Jabong.com — they are ignoring our complaint as well as not refunding my money

i order a shirt order id [protected], whenever i contact them, they replied concern team will call you, it is almost a month i haven't receive my product yet and there customer care are so illiterate i don't know which type of people are working in jabong. Atleast refund my money if you are poor in your work.
