I have ordered product id-[protected] on 3rd August 2014, its delivery date was 9th August, but it was delayed by 7days. In the website my product a pendant is consist with a chain, but they have delivered it without a chain. I have also complained about it to them but they are not taking this matter seriously. And they also said you can go anywhere you want we don't care about it.
Kindly I request you to take necessary action in this regard.
