[Resolved] Jabong.com — Wrong package delivered and customer care doesn't even care | |||
I ordered a backpack from jabong.com around 1 month back(Order no. [protected]). It was available at a lower price so I ordered it. The package which was delivered to me was of someone else. I don't know how the logistics team put my order slip on someone else's package. I contacted them regarding the complaint and they were least interested in picking up the wrong package. They picked up the wrong package around 20 days after I repeatedly called the customer care(complaint no.[protected]. I asked the correct delivery of my backpack after the pickup and they said that they can't deliver the backpack as at the time I ordered it was at discount and it is not now. So I asked for a refund of my money and they said they will have to contact the logistics first before they can refund my money. It's been more than 5 days from when they picked up the package and I think that customer care is too slow in resolving the issue(complaint no.[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
