I am a regular customer of jack and jones and this is third time when i got a defected t shirt from sector 9 showroom panchkula i usally shop from elante, dt chandigarh i have not faced any problem but from sector 9 panchkula showroom ds is the 3rd time i am facing the prob and when i gone for exchange with in 1 hour the manager named yash behaved very rudely he was giving me suggestion to shop from the others stores rather from this store in an inappropriate manner his behaviour was pathetic like him poor customer service. I and my cousins always shops from jack and jones regularly after every month or two.
