[Resolved]  Jaffi Estates Mr.Jawahar — Fraud company, cheating my money

Jaffi Estates, Mr. Jawahar is the MD of this Fraud company, i visited their plot and gave Rs.10, 000 and got the document and verified the documents with the lawyer. The Lawyer said the documents has many issues, So i have told Jaffi estate that i am backing out because of the document issue and i asked my money back (Rs.10, 000 ) . But Jaffi Estate is not giving my money back. They are saying the "our document is good we can not give your money. if you want buy our plot". i do not know what to do. This company, Jaffi estate is not giving my money.
