Jagadeesh — HDFC Egmore Branch - Worst customer service

Hi,

With regret, I'm composing this email. Today I received a call from HDFC Bank Egmore Branch stating that my cheque book is returned for second time, the lady who informed me is literally uneducated. She spoke with much arrogance and very harsh. She said that I'm irresponsible to collect the cheque book from there branch office. I was not given an opportunity to speak with her. I asked her what is the reason for non deliverable to my address . Also I said that I didn't receive any tracking details or courier details. She said me to collect cheque book from there office, I tried explaining her that I'm residing in far distance (40 km) and it's not possible to take leave in working days. Instead of listening to my words she kept on saying I'm irresponsible and lazy. I felt very bad, this is very worst customer service. Who the hell she to say these words irresponsible and lazy. Her behavior is very unprofessional. As a customer, I'm afraid to do future transactions with HDFC.

My monthly salary is credited in this current account . Please let me know the process of closing account in HDFC, There are many banks available to help customer, I'm planing to switch to other banks, if no action is taken against her. I need a proper written apologize letter and a call.

In our street 5 stray dogs are there that keeps on barking all the time.it is so difficult for us to get back home during day and night.it causes a lot of disturbance.So please remove all the dogs.Take immediate action pls.

I have booked 2 Tatkal tickets from Kavali(KVZ) to Secunderabad on 15/01/2017. But It was not conformed. I paid Rs.890 for but refunded Rs.770 Why they cut Rs.120 with out cancellation .I need a explanation.
