Jagdish Ahuja — Why internet facility was given when not asked for and also charged

On 30.1.2016 at 11.43 am you have sent a message that " your internet pack is now valid upto 13.2.2016 bal 75.00 MB. i have never asked for this service at all then on 31.1.2016 your message stated that the pack i opted can be activated by simply dailling some number which i never activated. then on 6.2.2016 you sent a message that 50% was reached. when was it activated pls inform as was not aware of the same. now today i.e. 7.2.2016 you have sent a message that 90% of the internet pack is reached. WHAT IS GOING ON PLS EXPLAIN AND WHO GAVE YOU THE AUTHORITY TO ADD INTERNET PACK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR REQUEST PLS REVERSE THE CHARGES DEBITED TO MY PREPAID AMOUNT WITHOUT FAIL. PLS NOTE IF YOU HAVE REDUCED MY PREPAID BALANCE THEN THE MATTER WILL BE PUT BY ME TO THE TRAI WITHOUT FAIL. KINDLY TAKE THE REQUIRED ACTION TO AVOID LITIGITATION.
