I saw the ad film on Airtel DTH tv and ordered sweat slim belt on phone which i received on 06/10/2016 through cash memo no. 076 for rs.1890/- of date. There is mis matched in belt size. The size is too big to fit me.
On lodging complaint on customer care no.[protected], [protected].i am told that my complaint will be attended in next 10 days but so far nobody has attended to it. After 10 days i again called them, but they didn't pick my call I tried so many times Tu call them but call disconnected after three four seconds after that I called from another number then they pick my call and said that my issue will be resolved within 4 days by 4 November 2016 but I didn't get any resolution till 4 November after that I called them on 5 November and again they are not picking my calls after making 5, 6 attempts they picked my call.

They said that why are you calling again and aagain. They said they have already my complaint but when I ask for complaint no. Then they refused to give any complaint number and said they will call back but till date I didn't get any call from Sweat Slim Belt.
I would also request TV channels please do not promote such kind of companies on TV.

I have purchase Sweat Slim Belt which was received on[protected] vide C.M.No.190 but one size to big and other size is so small-one cannot use. The matter was referred on phone no.[protected] but no proper reply is received. The same product is available on other sites between Rs.150 and Rs.500 whereas they are selling at Rs.1890. Seems to be useless product

i have purchase sweat slim belt one big size one small size . i have called for return the product no one is replying me properly . the company has cheated with me. Contact if you get any thing good from this supplier on my email id.

I saw the ad on filmy channel on TV and ordered sweat slim belt thru phone on 16.09.2016 received on 17.09.2016 through COD of rupees 1889/- on same day. when i opened the box i found out the size is too small they send XXL of offer 1+1 where the size doesn't fits me nor my partner. on same day i logged a complaint on the following issue number of time i tried to complaint the call get dis-connected often after 4 to 5 sec where you cant carry any conversion next day on Sunday 18.09.2016 i logged against to [protected] same issue no response i hope this is clear cut cheating the customer they take the order without any size or waist description they deliver it i request whoever is planning to order once you receive the packet kindly open it in front of the delivery boy check the size and pay them or else in this post we all will suffer and amount and product get wasted with no reason we lose the money

To my utmost surprise the customer care bell always rings but is never attended though one can clearly hear a group of people gossiping and shouting for 4-5 seconds, then a lightening hallow and the call cuts. Is it a joke, what kind of mockery is this, can anybody guide me how to deal with this type of situation?

I am also suffering from same situation. There is a scam going on. How to deal with the situation. feeling helpless. It is also our responsibility to enlighten general public. Please take action . I am calling on [protected]

Tv channel walo iss dikhane se aplogo ki TRP nhi baregi. so please inlogo k sath milker aplog v lootne ka kam na kre . dekh sakte h ap sab ye kis trah se phat gya hai.

rating dal k 5 star good leke customers ko bewakuf bana kr product sale krne k liye h wah re stretegy teri.kisi ko koi reply aya nhi na shirf comment do or kuch nhi koi rating nhi dene is product ko 5 star bad h puri ki puri 0 rating dungi is campani ko or iske customer care ko or ye faltu or useless product ko or iske employee or employer ko. a big big [protected].

Based on to advt, we fell prey to it.
We bought and found one size small and other large and not xx or xoL on 14/11/16.
They never fit to the body and the stitches are not proper. The person who called from Bangalore before supply never respond when we want to return. It is a worst buy.
We tried to return but nobody responded.

provide your phone number. we will make a whats app group to decide a action against this company. May file a FIR against it.

This is a very fraud company cheating a very large no. of people. Customer care doesn't attend phone. This belt is very very spurius, and of no use. Pl provide mobile no. to make a whats app group to share the experience and to decide the action against the company.

After 10 days i again called them, but they didn't pick my call I tried so many times. It is now promised after 9 promises that belt will be sent on fifth of May. The company has now changed TV Channel and defrauding people. Please do not get defrauded. And file complaints against as I am doing now.
