We have applied for mediclaim insurance from jio for shravak arogyam gold scheme phase 6. Its been more than 12 days now... I had also previously emailed them same requesting them to send us details of the policy number and other details... The contact number which they have provided in their website never seems to be working... I had paid around 25000/- i need to know what is the status of my application and need the policy copy. I have tried to contact them many times but the number what they have given is useless and also they have never replied to any of my email. Even after the payment which is been made, we have not got any information about the policy cover note number, any registration details or any such details by which we could be pleased about what is happening with the payment which we have made. Please do the needful asap...

I have taken an mediclaim policy in October month till today's date and still haven't received any documents from you,
I made an payment through DD no. 747304 of ₹ 13107 on 19/10/16,
After this I mailed you 3 to 4 times about this matter, but still I haven't received any response from you,
I contacted to your email address and even to your registered telephone number about 100 of times but no response on the phone also, and usually these number goes with a busy tone.
Now what to do about...
