Sir, on 18 may i book a seat from ahmedabad to jodhpur from internet banking .920rs debited fom my sbi account but ticket does not booked due to internet error.the money is transfer to jain travels after my comlaint to sbi on 12jun. We going jodhpur to rajsamand in jain travell dt 11.06.2016 time 3.20 pm seat no 20, 21 AC not working properly we told condector & driver they said window are open you chek we chek no window was open full jurney we are uncomfertable and tired without ac we charge AC sheet but treat non Ac passenger we want my ticket money .
