With reference to above subject our FDR No. 00381400 had been matured on 06.12.2015. Also refer our request sent via fax on 25.12.2016 from Mr. Ramanbhai G Parekh who is my father and he is retired from State Government, still the payment against above FDR no. have not been received yet.

We also request you to intimate us the date by which payment will be released.

Pl. consider the above request as a 1st written notice for the disbursment of payment against above FDR & we need your reply on the e-mail.
