Jaipur Nagar Nigam — A cow died because of ignorance and irresponsible behaviour

This is about a distressed cow that has suffered for long hours in front of human eyes, but none could save it by their efforts because the so called Nagar Nigam didn't bother considering it important. The incident is of 27th October 2015. The cow had a bruised leg, maybe she got hit by a vehicle this certainly made her helpless and she couldn't make it to her legs. She was suffering from the night before and for the next whole day, a lot of people noticed her and tried to help her but neither could make it better. The Nagar Nigam Jaipur had been called countless times by different people, students even by the area police, the Nagar Nigam officials promised to do the job as soon as possible. The wound was severe and it was bleeding, the cow quivered with pain but no help arrived. Nearby college students even tried helping her out, but they could do nothing but wait for any kind of help. The cow died of pain and excessive bleeding and yes restlessness that evening. This kind of irresponsible behaviour of these people is good for no one and it should not be tolerated. We want strict actions to be taken against them so that this kind of misconduct never happens again. kind of misconduct never happens again.
