Sir, Central park has innumerable dogs and this park should be aptly named as 'DOGS PARK". Increasing dogs number is a nuisance to the park because 1. They litter the garbage from dust bins 2.Children, women and old people can not walk freely in the park.There is always a fear of dog bite 3.
