I have completed my mba exam and its more than 4 months. I have not received my mark sheet and mba certificate which is really a pain for the students and my promotion is on hold because of not providing the certificates

Can anyone help us or forward this to the concerned department to take some legal actions on this

They are not responding on the mails or calls since 4 months

Nothing is working there are not responding on the call also IF you people are helping us or we have to go to the court let me know
