Jaipuria Rishit Infrastructure Private Limited — False commitment, fraud and deny to return money back

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had booked a flat in Jaipuria Rishit Infrastructure in
February 2013. That time they commits us the project will start on next months.
But still they not do any things. We continuously tried over phone but they
always do false commitment again. Now we are very frustrated. When we want to
back my money, they are denying and not do anything. They shift their office
also. Here, i am giving the details of Builder for your reference.
