Jal Sansthan — Broken water pipe line

I reside at A-1/11, Sector-H, Aliganj, Lucknow-226024. My side plot i.e a-1/10, Sector-H, Aliganj, Lucknow-226024 is lying un-constructed for last 30 yrs or so and the owners place any of their workers etc. Therefore their is always some nuisance for us. 3/4 days back they dug up a trench for laying cable and in the process damaged drinking water pipe line. This has resulted into continuous flow of water on the road making difficult to move on the road forget about national wastage. Also they have encroached the road and placed steel poles on the road but no action from any agency. I HUMBLY REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO PLEASE TAKE ACTION AND RELIEVE US FROM THE NUISANCE AND ALSO NATIONAL WASTAGE OF WATER.- THANKS
