I had heard about cheap quality and people at janapriya however i booked the flat in janapariya nile valley block 1 by seeing it's price and location.
I learnt the lesson and it has costed me a bomb by giving mental tension, good family life and less productivity in office. I got demoted because of the hassle in home.
Here are the details

Point 1:

They had promised fully automation flats of around 14-15 features, half of the features are not there. When we ask they says whatever is given that is enough, do not ask for more.
Whatever features are given, even those are not working properly. We have to keep calling their staffs and related engineers to come and fix and they promise to come but do not come. We keep waiting for entire day and even they do not pickup the call. Even if they come, they fix one issue and create another as those are newbie and do not know how to handle stuffs.
If you call multiple time, they will talk harse. Even they project manager promise is false. When you call them and he knows that i am calling with the similar problem, he would always says that he is in meeting and most of the time doesn't respond.
All this happens because janapriya hires cheap contractor and do not pay them well.
Point 2:

You might be thinking that you are buying flat in community so you would enjoy community benefits. Do not day dream, there is no community at all. Janapriya ensures that all member of the community are fighting with each other for their cheap benefits so that all do not get united and fight against builder for their rights.
In the name of club house and other facility they will hardly put something and start charging bomb. Most of the facility they put is of third grade so after few days o[censored]se they become useless.
You will start cursing yourself seeing those facilities everyday but you can not not use them. The maintenance of those facilities are either not done or done poorly as janapriya always delays payment for the contractors.

The construction quality is worse you can get. Even a road side builder are better than janapriya. Janapriya gets all their work done by cheap contractors who do not have experience to cut cost. Cheap contractor hires cheap workmen and newbie so as you start living you will start getting problems.
Your happy life and family life will become a curse by seeing leakages, common area problems, garbages etc.

You might think that price of the flat is cheap so why not buy here and compromise. I would suggest think again. Peace of mind and happy family life is more worth that few lacks rupees. Remember that you are buying for whole life with your hard earned money.

Resale value, huh. You will not even get what you had paid for. Many in my building wish to sell but they are getting lesser value than they had bought. As everybody knows about janapriya builider

Big talk and work nothing. They promise you a lot, if you go to their office for booking you will be treated like a king. After booking you will not have any value, you keep calling their office and no body picks up the call. If you talk little harse as you are right in your statement, they will treat you like gundas.
Above was my view on the builder after getting frustrated with their response. Can anybody suggest how to get rid of this situation.
