This is for your kind information that we have purchased All bathroom fittings from M/S M.L.Shah and Ceramic Center, Kolkata on 09/10/2014. During this 8 months gap this is our 3rd complaint about our Wall Mounted Flash Systern. The problem is the water is does not stop it continue flowing. Today(22/06/2015) about 9.05 A.M, we have lodge the complaint with customer care with request that send the technacian at the earliest because the over head water tank get empty due to continue water flow. but they have not taken any action. In our last 2nd complaint in the same point the techanician visited 3rd day from the date of complaint. This is the essential commodity and we face the water shortage problem. In our openion this product have a manufacturing diffect and if so how it is despatched from the co's unit to the consumer market. Or / it seems that there is no quality assurance department. Where as you are giving the assurances about the quality in your advertisements. It shows these are all pictures there is no quality, Now it is our practile experiance which we we will sare with our all friends in Face Book and Whatsaap.
