I am dr narayanan at palakkad kerala. I had submitted a complaint for a leaking mixer tap in my kitchen on 5th sept and had reminded twice through your toll free no. Last was 3 days back and they said they would attend to it in 24 hrs but still it has not been done... Kindly look into the matter and see that it is attended to urgently. I am sorry to see that your customer service is so bad.
