Jashn Sarees — Vat charged extra on mrp for a discounted item

Last sunday i. E 29th june 2016, i visted jashn store located at north country mall, kharar, mohali-punjab. We bought a suit from there whose mrp was 5999. They displayed consumer offer of 20% at their store. They charged 5% vat on that. Even after trying to convince store manager, they didn't removed extra tax. But they cut by pen -"price inclusive of all taxes". This is really criminal to fool customers and economy.
