[Resolved] Jaxtakart — Order id no.227823 | |||||
I had placed an order for micromax canvas nitro 4g "e-455" battery — 1 pc. After placing the order i had received the product in due course of time against cash payment of rs. 488/- (due amount). Since one of my familiy member was hospitalised at that time and i was quite busy therefore i couldn't open the box at that time... after that i had to go out of town for few days for some official works... now when i opened the box i found battery e313 while i had placed the order for battery e-455.. Could you please revert me why i did not get the same product what i had placed the order for??? I am attaching herewith pictures of the your invoice mentioning product details as micromax canvas nitro 4g "e-455" battery along with picture of actual battery (e313) what i got inside the box..
