Jaycee Homes — Reimbursement of down payment

I had booked a flat of this buider at Bhagthani Rio project, Mira Road, Mumbai with a downpayment of 7lacs on 2nd June 2014.In thei agreement, it is mentioned that, if there is any delay in starting the project, they will return it with an interest of 9%.Now, after 27months, I contacted their office to get back my money, they are saying that afer another 15months only the amount will be returned. Hi,

I am going through similar issue with Jaycee homes and have sent them a legal notice to return the money immediately since there is no clause in the allotment letter that forces me to wait for additonal 15 months after cancellation. We have booked an apartment i their Andheri West Property - Bhagtani Elegance. They have to give us a refund of approximately 09 lacs but since i put it on their social media, they got upset and have informed us that they will not refund us the money now.
