Jaypee Cement — closing of dealership-account settlement

We were the dealers of jaypee cement. We had closed all dealings and paid dues in prior of closing account. The marketers of jaypee cement ( name: mahesh mob:[protected]) had promised us to settle our account and refund our deposites with in 10days. But 6months passed, he is not answering our call.No response from him. This is not the what consumers or dealers expect from jaypee. waiting for some positive response through this consumer complaints forum. thank you
