Every one in India have dream to live in their own home however my decision for buying house from Jaypee group have left me homeless even after 3 years of making the final payment. My Son and Spouse has to suffer because I am unable to give quality life to them. I booked in Kosmos Tower 54 - 1604, I have to bear pressure of home loan EMI & Rentals. I came across this complaint, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you.
