Jaypee Developers — Delay in the construction of jaypee buddh circuit studio phase i apartment

I have taken one unit in "Jaypee Buddh Circuit Studios Phase I on Yamuna Expressway" in June 2013.
Since two years no demand has been raised and when i personally visited the site no construction work was going on there.
When i asked to shift my unit in Wishtown project they refused it.
When I asked for the money along with the interest, they replied that they will give the money after cutting 20% money of the total flat amount.

I have already taken loan aganist this property and emi's are also going on.

As per their conversation there is no hope to get the possesion of my unit near 7-8 years, my hardn money is stuck with Jaypee Builder.
Plase help me out.

Dear swapan I am also victim of fraud happened with me I have booked a flat in jp bush circuit studio 2 and no demand has been raised and when I visited companies office in sector 128 they told that money will be returned but no time line provided and told no interest would be given

I am also a a victim of Jaypee fraud. My name is Aanchal .My No. is +6476419593.I had booked the studio apartment in 2013 and i went to the site, there is no construction and the company is refusing to give any refund.Kindly let me know if there is any group who have filed a collective complaint against them.I would also like to be a part of that group to get my hard earned money back as it's been 3 years i have wasted my money with this group and now there seems to be no way out exceptto file a complaint against them.

The customer care numbers also do not provide any update. No information is available from any source. Neither has any demand been raised since mid of 2013. The site shows absolutely no work. I am planning to file a case against them in court of law.

Dear All, I am Col Sunil Dubey (Mob 9810484148). I am also victim of JAYPEE Group in Studio Apartment II in Buddha Circuit. I have also paid first 38% of cost of flat as per payment plan in 2013 and no demand or sharing of further Project status from JAYPEE.
I would like to be active member of our legal battle group. If some Whats Up group is already formed then i would request Group Administrator to include my name in Group and decide on next meeting venue and date on some week end.

Dear All,
Like all of you, I am also suffering after having booked the studio apartment in Buddh Circuit Studio 2 around 3 years ago. I think it amounts to cheating and fraud when the builder blocks our hard earned money and fails to deliver on time. As far as this project is concerned I don't see anyone getting an apartment in the next 10 years or so. I have visited the site and it is nothing more than a piece of barren land.
