Jaypee Infratech - Yamuna Expressway — Excess Toll collected

I travelled on Yamuna E-way on 21st Oct15 from Noida with return passage to and fro Mathura . The return passage was obtained at Jewar Plaza vide txn ID [protected] dt 21st Oct15 at 10:34 AM by paying Rs 385/- . The said return passage was valid for 24 hrs i.e. till 22nd Oct15 10 : 34 AM . On my return journey on 22nd Oct15 from Mathura, entry on plaza 4 was allowed at 10 : 20 AM . But to my utter shock they denied exit from Plaza 3 at 10 : 54 AM stating that the return passage become invalid . My complaint is that once I made entry on E-way within stipulated time of 24 Hrs, how could my exit restricted due to time lapse . Was I not property of E-way after my entry on it ? Was not E-way responsible for my smooth exit ? Toll officials made me wait for almost 30 min on Plaza 3 while arriving out at solution to my mentioned queries . They rejected my written complaint and charged Rs 105 extra for exiting toll plaza 3 Therefore, request to look into the matter and provide me justice which would be beneficial for public at large . I would really feel consumer has been protected if you award me justice . Please find images of return slip and written complaint for ready reference .
