Jeevansathi.com — JS Exclusive Service is pathetic

Hi All, This is my review about the Jeevansaathi.com service which I found is not good and these people do not response on time. I received call from jeevansaathi.com from suruchi kumari (suruchi.[protected]@jeevansathi.com ) for JS exclusive service costing 32, 000 for 6 month. As marriage is important decision I thought to pay the amount which I negotiated till 26, 000 for 6 month. They promised to provide following service -Search profiles and send interest on behalf of you and share it with you if the profile had accepted the interest's. -Short listed profile should be send every week. -Further call prospects to gauge their interest levels in your profile. -Setup meetings between you and the prospects to discuss things further. After spending this amount(26k) what I received was following -Profile which was not matching my criteria. -Profile which was too old and profile which was not active. -Profile of people who have not accepted my interest as promised by them in first request. -Sometime they forgot to send profile for few week. -Poor excuses for not communicating properly. -No one listen if you do complain to higher manager. -Refuse to search profile in certain or specific criteria. -Refuse to take any additional request for profile -Take long time to resolve any issue and do not providing any service during that time. It will be waste as they will not extend the service further. I lost 1.5 month in this process. -Refusal to listen to your and your requirement or any specific suggestion. -Very poor number of profile send in response. -Could not able to shortlist 1 single profile send by them in six month. -No responsibly for work and just they want to throw number to you -No Customer voice and response for it. -Poor follow up with the clients -Multiple apologize message for same repeating mistake. -Chase them for updates and if you will not chase then no call and no response from them. I saw the poor service and escalated to higher managers. (Escalation level I, II, III), [protected]@jeevansathi.com and [protected]@jeevansathi.com.I did not get any resolution in 3 month and after that they stopped the service. If I had given a 10 year old child to send request to 20 people every day on randon basis that would had given better result then there response or service. I can not believe there worst service. I have gone though the worst service. A suggestion - If you are serious about your marriage then please do not go for Jeevansaathi.com service. Try to opt for other.
