Jet Airways — Bad behavior by jet crew members | |||
I anil modi is a government employee. Being a frequent flyer & a loyal customer of jet airways i fly 4 times in a month and still was ill treated by the jet airways staff on board. For example when i asked for water 10 times no body bothered to serve the same when asked for the meal which was already mentioned during the ticket bookings they denied to serve and were very rude in response. I clearly mentioned i need jain food prior while bookings they still denied and bluntly said we don't have and its the fault of ground staff . Later i requested to at least serve a cup of tea & they failed again and dint serve anything. When requested to the head she said its a new staff & it was rude again. I really don't think we fly for free it's been 3 years in am travelling to & fro. Disappointed. I request you to take necessary actions.
