Jet Airways — Delay baggage

Hi there, I had travelled on jet airways flight to mumbai and my baggage has not yet arrived (48 hours) past flight landing time. I have also filed a formal complaint at the counter. Utterly rude staff and racial discrimination when it came to monetary compensation for delayed baggage. I was told by staff that I will hear back from jetairways by that evening regarding my baggage and will get them delivered to my address within 48 hours. Its been more than 48 hours and I called them twice with no response whatsoever from jetairways. Its turning out to be a nightmare flying with jetairways. It was least expected to be having such a low quality service from a reputed airline like jetairways. I would not recommend anyone to fly with jetairways from this point onwards.
