Jet Airways — Eboarding pass not mailed to me | |||||
I am travelling today with Flight No. 9W-366 (PUNE -LKO) through Jet Airways and PNR is CIWWAP. I was unable to do web-check-in.called up the customer care. They did and confirmed that my eBoarding shall be mailed to me within 15 minutes. Its been more than n hour and I have not received it.I called up again after 40mts.waiting for it. The executive now says that u provide ur e-ticket no.I said its not mentioned there.Ticket was booked thru yatra and I have the Yatra Ref No.[protected] Please send me immdtly.as I have kept myself awake.thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
