Jet Airways — Failed Air Ticket Booking Despite Net Banking amount transfer

On 11 Aug I tried booking Delhi -Kathmandu flight 9W260 for 24 Sep and return by 9W 263 for 30 Sep for self and my wife.. Two attempts were made and despite Net Banking amount of Rs 18570/= each time being debited from my SBI account vide Transaction no-DSBI [protected] and DSBI [protected] the issue of tickets on line failed with an advice that the amount would be refunded shortly. 3 weeks and no response from Jet Airways despite numerous calls and email. My email id [protected]@gmail.com. Since ticketing failed Bill Desk should ensure refund.-Regards---Vice Admiral JS Bedi (Retd)
