Jet Airways — Without discussing TT closing - jet airways flight schedule changed in april month 2016 & not providing refund amount | |||
On 8th nov-2016, i was booked jet airways flight for 09th apr-2016 for flight schedule time 10:35 from mumbai to rajkot.( eticket no =[protected], ref no = at[protected], airline ref = cmijhh, crs ref = mznklq ) I was booked this ticket due to my night shift in my org. Now jet ariways has preponded that flight from 10:35 to 10:20 & i am not accepting this time due to 15 min prepond as per my org rules i have to take leave, so that i called to customercare & asked below questions & i got below answers from jetairways customer care. 1) i told him that why flight schedule changed ? He answered me that due to fog, flight schedule changed & again flight may change schedule, so you do cancellation in april month. 2) due to that answer i told him that if flight will not change then i have to take costly ticket...So it is also not acceptable. 3) after that i told him that there is no benifit to me to take tickets before 6 months & i asked to refund, so i can book another ticket but he replied that no amount can refund & only tax can refund... 4) i requested either to arrange another flight or initiate full refund i have received the worst answer that they give refund only in the case where flight timing is changed by 60 minutes or more. I just want to know whether customer importance or customer satisfaction is there or not in your policy. Why i should be charged so heftily for no fault on my part.
