Jet Airways — Food not provided

I travelled by jet airways from Mumbai to Singapore on 12 th august flight no 9W10.i have asked for my wife fruit flatter at the time of booking.but they did not give me and they told me that you have not asked for it.my wife is not taking any food outside so she has to keep empty stomache.from Singapore to Sydney we have quantas flight no 9W4082 AND THEY PROVIDED FRUIT FLATTER both are sharing flight and jet says we have not asked for it then how quantas gave the food?that means jet fellows are liar.they are not replying since last 20 days.for what reason?

thanks why you are asking for proof?why cant you verify yourself from your data?do you think customers are making false complaint?this is very bad attitude.

Lost boarding pas

Sir, i have lost boarding pass of flight number 9W839 dated 11.jun.2016 from manglore to new delhi..Therefore i request you to please issue me a boarding pass for official purpose.
