Jet Airways — Mismanagent at entry gate of flight no 9w795 | |||||
My niece dr shilpa jamenis along with daughter aged 6 years and infant of two years reached at first entry gate of jet airways flight no 9w795 at terminal 3 exactly 50 minutes of departure of the flight to pune but the staff at entry gate was so rude, either not trained well to behave with passengers or in hurry to go to home, refused to check in without considering the position of lady doctor with two small children. They were refused to board. As per guidelines of airports lady with children specially with infant must be given priority in queue but the supervised was rude and did not allow to enter. She allowed two other persons who came late than my niece. There was no one at the gate to help the lady with small childeren. My niece being a doctor to could not reach her college. I request to take an action against the lady superviser at the entry gate and issue tickets to dr shilpa jamenis for any earliest flight. Was this information helpful? | |||||
