Jet Airways — Non Refund of fare

I had booked a ticket (Ticket No.[protected] of Jet Airways Flight No. 9W-730 from Delhi to Patna. Date of Journy was 5th April 2015. The flight departed from Delhi on time but could not get landed at Patna Airport due to storm and the flight came back to Delhi. It was assured to us by the Jet Airways personnel that the fare will be refunded to us within 2 days. I am sorry to inform you that till date the fare has not been refunded to me. All the responsible officilas are requested to do the needful and refund my fare otherwise I shall be forced to take legal action against the airlines . Thanking you in anticipation.
