Hi. I am one of your frustrated customers. I don't understand how a so-called world class organization like you can be so incapable of transfer baggage. My baggage got missed from Abu Dhabi, its been 4 days since I reached Bangalore and I have still not got my baggage. Today morning I get a call from your baggage team that my baggage will be delivered today. After almost 5 hours, I get another call from the people who are delivering my baggage telling me that they are travelling by bus and since my baggage is a big box, they expect me to come and collect the baggage. Are you guys seriously doing this? Are you not even capable of sending my missing baggage to my home address, which was your fault in the first place. I seriously wish I can formally register a complaint on you guys somewhere. Pathetic!
