Jet Airways — Refund not provided for failed ticket booking

I have tried booking flight tickets for my journey from Mumbai - Mangalore return from jet Airways website (17th December from Mumbai and return is on 22nd December Mangalore).
After the payment a message was displayed that your ticket cannot be booked due to some internal problem and the refunds will be processed within 10 days, this has been taken place on 11th August 2015. Its been 3+ weeks now and I have not received any refund nor any updates on the refund status from Jet Airways.

im facing similar situation they are not refunding my money too and on top of that made me buy anther ticket, i regert buying it i think its a money making racket
