Jet Airways — Request to refund the money fro the PNR no: QATMOZ

Hi, I am kalyan. I booked a round trip from hyderabad to mumbai on 4th Sep 2014, PNR number is PVIIJN. But unfortunately two PNR's got generated "PVIIJN" and "QATMOZ" and amount got deducted twice. PNR no"QATMOZ" got genrated but no ticket booked in my name.
