[Resolved]  Jet Airways — Staff not helpful at all

We were 4 passengers. On 29th December we had a flight to going to Mumbai via Kolkata.flight 9W 610 at 12 pm. At 11 am We reached bagdogra airport due to the traffic and accident.when we reach to the Bordingpass counter at 11 the staff told us to go to X-ray bag check and we went.the lady staff who were in the X-ray checkpoint told us the gate is closed.and we come back to the boarding pass counter again. The male staff who was there run out somewhere and didn't came back. Me, my wife, my mother and father were so upset. We really had to go to Mumbai to catch the next flight to Colombo Sri lanka.and that also jet aircraft.WE HAVE SPEND 200000 amount for the tickets but we didn't got any help from the jet team. Other airlines are really good because they will wait till completing the passengers boarding.WE WILL NEVER BOOK JET AIRLINES AGAIN.PLEASE BE HELPFUL EVEN NOT FOR US BUT TO OTHERS.
