Jet Blaze Motors, Kanchipuram — Worst service experience

Dear sir/madam I intend to write this mail to you to register a compliant about poor service of your authorised service vendor M/s Jet Blaze Motors, Kanchipuram. I had given my thunderbird TN10AF9219 on 28/7/2015 to them to undertake accident repairs at around 10am. One Mr Nandhan who introduced himself as service manager for the shop inspected the vehicle and gave a list of spares that needs to be replaced. As the regular service is also due I asked him to undertake that also along with accident repairs. In the meantime I had also informed my insurance company for assessing the damages. After thorough inspection he told me that he will be able to carry out the work only after the visit by the assessor from insurance company. Within couple of days all the insurance formalities are over and he said he is going to start the work and ordered for the spares. He also committed that my vehicle will be ready within 10 days. After a weeks time when I called him to get the update on the work, there was no response from him and I was not able to reach him. I came to understand from their colleagues that there is a delay in getting the spares. Again during the 3rd week when I tried to reach him there is no proper response and I could not reach him. Even after informing the service centre employees they dont have the courtesy to call back and update the status. Then I started calling everyday for 10 days to get the update, all my efforts have failed. Then finally last week on 22nd I got a call from them that my vehicle is ready and I can take it. When I visited there it was a real shock to me that they have not done any work properly. Just by looking the vehicle I have raised many complaints which are given below. 1.Pilot lamp was not glowing 2.Bumper bend was not rectified, which is a visible complaint and even a beginner will rectify it. 3.Handle bar wasn't fit properly. The alignment was completely wrong and it takes extreme right till the middle of the petrol tank on the right side. 4.Shock absorber was very rough and not smooth. 5.Above all I came to know that post service they did not test ride my vehicle which is a very basic thing everybody will do. Here my complaint is inspite of raising all the above issues the shock absorber problem is still not rectified. I am not getting any reaponse from the service center. I am writing this mail to you with a hope that my issues will be resolved and the untrained engineers in the service center needs to be trained properly so that my fellow riders will not suffer.
