Jetlite — no refund given against the refundable printing ticket.

I booked this ticket through sastiticket traveling agency where print out not showing non refundable. But when I cancelled the ticket all amount had been deducted due to non refundable ticket. When I booked the Jetlite ticket why printout not showing 'N' Marks beside the booking procedure. Company will deduct Rs. 2150 + 2150 per person for two sector but the 2nd sector shows the biling amount price Rs.910.00 each person. How company will deduct then 2150.00 for 2nd sector.
