[Resolved]  Jharkhand State Electricity Board — Erroneous Meter No. for one year

K.No.[protected] This is to bring to your notice that my Electricity Digital Meter was replaced on the 4th of October 2013. I have been receiving fixed charges Electricity Bill with the wrong meter no. Since then till date. Time and again I have been requesting for the updation of the Meter no in the records. No attention has been paid to my request. Adding to that when I tried reasoning with the data centre I have been insulted badly by the staff there. I have also logged a complaint with the Consumer Grievances cell. (Complaint no.[protected] I hereby request the concerned authority to kindly look at the matter at the earliest as this is a direct case of consumer harrassment and not expected at all.
